Duane and Katarin stood in an outdoor garden, both stretching out as if starting the race already.

DUANE: I'm Duane.

KATARIN: And I'm Katarin.

DUANE: We're ready for the race because we're committed to each other fully and we're very responsible.

KATARIN: When our entire town was destroyed, we stepped up and took charge of all the surviving children, even though we are still so young ourselves.

DUANE: And now we've decided to take a break from our lives. We finally have no more responsibilities tying us down and we're ready to race for millions of gil!

KATARIN: It's so great to have no more responsibility. We're completely free to just race off and do what we want. Like race for millions of dollars!

DUANE: When I win, I want to buy a Playstation 3 with my money.

KATARIN: And I'm going to buy some clothes. A lot of people around here have the same outfit as me and it drives me crazy.

DUANE: Likewise. It's great having no responsibility.

KATARIN: Not a one.

DUANE: We've already packed our bags and we're ready to race.

KATARIN: Although I swear there was something we are still somewhat responsible for. . . .

DUANE: Did you have the post office hold our mail?

KATARIN: Yep. Did you turn off the stove?

DUANE: We don't have one. Did you put the dogs outside?

KATARIN: Yep. Did you make sure to completely shut off all faucets?

DUANE: We don't have indoor plumbing. I...think we're ready!

KATARIN: Yep! Entirely ready!

Duane and Katarin head to the left where the camera can no longer see them. After a thirty second break, both are seen racing racing past the camera to the right, screaming.

DUANE & KATARIN: THE BABY!

KATARIN: I can't believe we forgot about it!

DUANE: Damn my fertile loins!
