Baralai sat in a blue director's chair across from him were Squall Leonheart and Rinoa Heartilly in a similar director's chairs.

BARALAI: Good evening and welcome back to The Early Final Fantasy Show. We're here with the third round cuts from The Amazing Final Fantasy Race. Welcome to the show, Squall and Rinoa.

RINOA: Thank you Baralai! Oh, and I just wanted to say that I watch your show all the time.

BARALAI: No way, you do!?

RINOA: Uhh, so how 'bout those questions now.

BARALAI: Right. So I started watching this show, and ever since episode one I had you two picked out to run in the final three. So what happened?

RINOA: You'll have to ask Squall about that one. All I know is that I drank those beers a bit too quickly and fell asleep.

SQUALL: The leg was too short and too easy. Nobody really had any difficulty except for me carrying Rinoa.

BARALAI: That's certainly a handicap. But what about the whole End of Time incident?

SQUALL: Let's move on to the next question.

RINOA: End of Time?

BARALAI: Okay, moving on. What about that whole imp incident?

RINOA: Next question!

BARALAI: Oh. A-all right. Squall, you had an encounter with Yuna and Rikku and you agreed to help them out. What compelled you to do this?

RINOA: He did what!?

SQUALL: ...

BARALAI: These questions aren't getting us anywhere. Nooj! A little help here man.

NOOJ (O.S.): Don't worry about it. We aren't even filming this. We're just throwing commercials on top of it.

BARALAI: Oh. Well then final question guys. What teams are you rooting for?

RINOA: Well, of course Raijin and Fujin. Gotta support the home teams. Umm, aside from that I think Steiner and Beatrix are very nice. I hope the best for them.

BARALAI: And you Squall?

SQUALL: Whatever.

BARALAI: Well thanks for coming on the show guys. I-

RINOA: Oh wait wait! Squall has something he has to say!

SQUALL: No I don't.

RINOA: You promised him!

Squall: ... Fine. I need to give a "shout-out" to Ramon. Get well soon you...

RINOA: Say it!

SQUALL: Get well soon you sexy beast you.

RINOA: Hee hee. He'll be so happy!
