I've finally arranged the card tournament in FH and am going to open up sign-ups soon. I'm allowing a total of 128 entrants, all from different places all over the world.

Of course, I've found a damn good event to do the sign-ups at. Did you hear that Doc Odine has given up his science to be a rap star? He's going by the alias Big O now and really seems to be popular with girls of all ages. Well, not so much myself, but every other girl who's heard him. Anyway, he's having a big concert here at Balamb, which will give me the perfect opportunity to get some people signed up for the tournament. I'm pretty sure I'll get some business easily if I set it up at the front gate.

All right, I'm off to get things ready. I hope to see you at the sign-up table at the concert. Look for the young, blonde woman in pink shouting about the tournament and using occasional obscenities to attract people, and you'll find it easily.
